About Us

Our Mission

We strive to create a welcoming setting in which dancers with physical disabilities and/or developmental disabilities can explore dance technique and creative movement while forming friendships and having FUN!

Our goal is to help our dancers learn dance technique and build self-confidence in a fun, friendly, inclusive environment.

Our History

Miracles in Motion was founded in 2010 as a special program at Dance Dynamics in Wake Forest, NC and achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2014 (EIN- 455243353). We operated out of our wonderful studio home of Dance Dynamics for a decade until Dance Dynamics permanently closed in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since that time, we have creatively adapted our program to best meet the needs of our dancers through offering a combination of virtual and in-person classes.

Our Values

We are driven by the belief that individuals of all levels of ability should have the chance to dance!

Meet Mrs. Katie!
